Qualifications

• Associate degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with 4+ years of industrial experience.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
• Familiarity with APQP tools (PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, SPC).
• Knowledge of ISO/IATF systems and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Plan and conduct detailed inspections and testing across manufacturing stages to identify defects.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain records of inspections, tests, and audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate supplier quality performance and conduct supplier quality audits.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Generate reports on quality performance metrics for management review.
• Analyze customer feedback and warranty data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Support new product introductions with quality plans and risk assessments.
