Job summary

MS Companies is seeking an Inspector 1 (Quality Control) to support automotive manufacturing clients. This role focuses on inspection, documentation, and reporting using MS Companies’ technology-driven processes.

The ideal candidate has prior quality inspection or manufacturing experience, can read and follow work instructions in English, and is able to operate digital reporting tools such as tablets or Salesforce. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with quality standards, work instructions, or inspection checklists.
• Experience using digital reporting systems (e.g., tablets, mobile apps, or Salesforce).
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English to follow work instructions, complete required documentation, and comply with safety and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and/or manual inspection of parts and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify, document, and report defects or non-conformances to leadership.
• Follow established quality inspection procedures at all stages of production.
• Accurately record inspection results using company systems and tools.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time as scheduled.
• Adhere to all company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
