Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing/Maintenance Engineering or similar.
• 0–2 years of relevant automotive manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and control multiple production areas.
• Coordination and communication skills to manage activities with stakeholders.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to report main KPIs for line utilization and time studies.
• MTM Blue Card is a plus.
• Spanish and/or German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan production sequences for limited subsystems and lines.
• Pre-planning and detailed planning for cycles, layouts, and lead times.
• Plan simple production equipment and determine resource needs.
• Prepare cost estimates and procurement proposals.
• Coordinate setup, acceptance, and monitoring of subsystems.
• Optimize and document production workflows and standards.
• Participate in projects and cross-functional teams.
