BESTAFF is hiring a Mold Operator for a brand-new automotive facility in Jeffersonville, IN. The role involves setting up and operating injection-molding machines to produce interior trim components for a new EV program with a major U.S. automaker.

You will learn injection-molding equipment with no prior experience required, work on 1st shift, and enjoy benefits, weekly checks, and a clear path to permanent placement as you prove yourself.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Understand verbal instructions in English for safety training.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for a full shift.
• Need strong attention to detail and quality mindset.
• Willingness to learn injection-molding equipment; no experience required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate injection-m molding machines to produce interior trim components.
• Install dies and set machine controls for temperature, pressure, and molding time.
• Load material into the machine and start the molding cycle.
• Remove finished parts and trim excess material using hand tools.
• Inspect parts to confirm they meet quality standards.
• Record production and quality data accurately.
• Follow all written and verbal work instructions and safety procedures.
