The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management in automotive sectors, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office for data-driven decisions. Automotive background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in automotive aftermarket or automotive tech preferred.
• Experience researching and analyzing markets using third-party data a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills for data and reporting.
• Ability to interact with senior management across departments.
• Experience leading multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical insights to influence product roadmaps and business decisions.
• Build and own new products from concept through launch and post-launch iterations.
• Define objectives and requirements with engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Quality Control and Inventory Management to drive profitability.
• Manage product lifecycle from development to phase-out and growth.
• Develop long-term product marketing strategies to grow market share.
• Plan and implement new product introductions including pricing, training, and literature.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain on forecasts and product introductions.
