Responsibilities

• Move and park customer vehicles safely throughout the dealership and service areas.
• Shuttling customers.
• Assist Service Advisors and Technicians with vehicle movement.
• Keep the service drive, parking areas, and dealership grounds clean and organized.
• Perform basic vehicle cleaning and exterior washes as needed.
• Maintain organization of customer and dealership vehicles.
• Assist with fueling vehicles and checking basic vehicle needs.
• Retrieve and deliver parts, paperwork, keys, and other items throughout the dealership.
• Assist with loaner vehicles and keep them clean and ready for customers.
• Follow all dealership safety procedures and vehicle-handling policies.
• Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to help the dealership operate efficiently.
