Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Porter to complement quality repairs by prepping and cleaning customer vehicles prior to delivery. You’ll help maintain the appearance of the shop, production area, and office facilities, ensuring a positive, spotless environment for customers and teammates.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred), basic automotive familiarity, and the ability to multitask safely.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Able to multitask and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution.
• Maintain interior office cleanliness daily.
• Maintain production area cleanliness and dispose of waste.
• Keep parking lots and grounds neat and orderly.
• Pre-washes customer vehicles before repairs begin.
• Clean vehicles after repairs are complete.
• Transport vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
