Job summary

Napleton Automotive Group in Brookfield, WI seeks a Porter to maintain the lot, move units, and assist with vehicle deliveries. You will also help keep vehicles clean and ready for customers while supporting dealership operations.

The role offers exposure to a large, multi-brand dealer network with growth opportunities and a chance to contribute to a family-owned business with a long history.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to handle machinery safely.
• Ability to drive a manual and automatic transmission.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly as directed by Sales/Service managers and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Transporting customers and dealership personnel, as needed.
• Assisting with customer deliveries.
• Ensuring all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom.
• Picking up vehicles from storage and delivering vehicles to storage and other dealerships.
• Assisting with weather-related cleanup when necessary.
• Building and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Other functions and special projects may be assigned.
