Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Phoenix is seeking a Porter to support vehicle prep and shop cleanliness. You will pre-wash vehicles before repairs and perform exterior and interior cleaning after work is completed, ensuring a high standard of presentation.

You'll also help maintain the office and production areas, assist with parking lots, and transport vehicles as needed. A High School diploma and valid driver's license are required, with prior automotive exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Clear close vision required.
• 18 years of age or older and valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Maintain daily interior office housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Keep production area clean and organized, dispose waste, and store tools.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in neat condition.
• Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs and clean after repairs.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations as needed.
