Position Overview

Palmen CDJR of Racine is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Full‑Time Automotive Porter to join our award‑winning team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working both indoors and outdoors (approximately 50/50) in a fast‑paced and customer‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with vehicle merchandising and lot organization
• Help account for new and used vehicle inventory
• Prepare vehicles for delivery by:
  • Vacuuming interiors
  • Removing stickers and temporary tags
  • Washing and polishing exteriors
• Maintain a clean and presentable appearance for all showroom and lot vehicles
• Support the sales team with vehicle movements and lot staging
• Ensure every customer delivery is polished, professional, and memorable
