Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of quality experience in automotive manufacturing or supplier environment.
- Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or direct people-management experience.
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and automotive customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, coach, and develop the plant Quality Engineering team.
- Oversee daily quality activities to meet customer and internal requirements.
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System per IATF 16949.
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and 8D responses.
- Oversee APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA activities.
- Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement with Operations.
