Job summary

Erdrich USA, Inc. in Dublin, GA is seeking a Turning & Rolling Machine Operator to join our precision automotive manufacturing team.

You will operate, set up, monitor, and troubleshoot turning and rolling equipment used to produce brake pistons and other components. The ideal candidate has at least two years of manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience operating industrial production machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC and automated turning and rolling machines.
• Load raw material and verify correct machine programs and tooling before production begins.
• Perform machine changeovers and tooling adjustments according to production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance and make process adjustments to maintain quality and productivity standards.
• Troubleshoot routine machine issues and escalate major concerns to maintenance or supervision.
• Support maintenance and quality teams during production cycles.
