Job summary

Xcite Automotive is hiring Frontliners in Utah to support on-site vehicle imagery and dealership marketing. You will travel to automotive dealerships, capture high quality photos and videos, and assist with window stickers and other services for each vehicle.

Entry level and experienced candidates are welcome. Paid training, equipment provided, daily bonuses, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k are offered, with opportunities for advancement and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old with valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation.
• Some manual transmission experience might be required.
• Successfully complete pre-employment background check, including motor vehicle driving record

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Media Specialist: travel on-site to customers at automotive dealerships and capture high-quality photos, videos and 360-degree tours of inventory.
• Inventory Flow Analyst: monitor vehicle imagery online and manage status of inventory during pre-sale process to get vehicles online.
• Communicator: provide daily status updates to dealers and maintain clear communication; work in an independent outdoor setting; support dealership operations.
• Friend and Trusted partner: build good relationships with dealership teams and support continuous operations.

Position Overview

Entry level and experienced field customer service positions in the automotive industry- Paid Training, equipment provided, paid vacation and benefits.

You will earn a competitive hourly rate, PLUS DAILY BONUSES which will allow you to earn as much as an additional $3 per hour/$5,700 per year

As a Frontliner you will become a:

1. Vehicle Media Specialist: You will travel on-site to ourcustomers at automotive dealerships. By utilizing company provided equipment, you will take high quality photos, videos and 360 degree virtual interior/exterior tours of the dealers ever changing vehicle inventory. You will assist with the marketing of each vehicle by printing window stickers and other services related to each vehicle. A fully trained Frontliner will service 15 or more vehicles each day.
2. Inventory Flow Analyst: Getting vehicle imagery online is critical to our customers. You will naturally become an expert on the status of their vehicle inventory in the pre-sale process as you work to get as many vehicles online as possible.
3. Communicator: We pride ourselves on communication. You will check-in each morning and check out at the end of each service visit, providing your dealers with the status of your work.Our Frontliners enjoy an independent work setting outdoors, working towardsclear goals and providing outstanding customer service.
