Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. in Minnesota seeks a detail-oriented Photo Imaging Associate to capture and process vehicle images for electronic condition reports, ensuring accuracy and high image quality.

You will upload photos, verify consistency with SOPs, re-image substandard shots, and support the Photo Booth workflow where available, while upholding safety procedures and teamwork. The role involves outdoor exposure to varying weather and standing or sitting for long periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred or less than 2 years related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks with manual dexterity.
• Vision abilities include close, distance and depth perception.

Responsibilities

• Capture and process electronic images of vehicles.
• Upload all pictures for ECRs and verify quality and accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of Digital Quality Image (DQI) website.
• Re-image or request re-imaging of substandard images.
• Process vehicles through the Photo Booth if location has SOPs.
• Follow safety and health procedures and support Safety Excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
