XL Parts / The Parts House is seeking a Store Stocker in Gainesville, FL. The role involves receiving and stocking automotive parts, selecting items for orders, and preparing shipments in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position requires attention to detail, 0–3 years of warehousing experience, and basic computer skills. A background check and drug screen are required. Monday–Friday, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma is required.
• 0 to 3 years in a warehouse role.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Good to above-average computer skills.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures preferred.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Reads customer orders to determine items to move/gather.
• Conveys materials from receiving areas to storage/distribution.
• Sorts and places materials on racks/shelves by size, type, or code.
• Assembles customer orders from stock and packs for shipment.
• Marks materials with identifying information; opens boxes and crates.
• Records amounts of materials received or distributed.
• Weighs or counts items for distribution per company standards.
• Uses computer to enter records and track inventory.
• Prepares parcels for mailing/shipment via common carrier.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
