You will engage with customers in Spanish and English, work with the team to meet sales goals, restock merchandise, use POS procedures, and follow safety policies. This role offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in automotive retail preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with parts selection and provide automotive advice.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to drive sales.
• Restock merchandise and maintain organized, accurate inventory.
• Follow point of sale procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
