Bowser Automotive Inc. in Pleasant Hills, PA is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Parts Department.

This full-time role processes shipments, verifies orders, and supports service and parts teams to keep inventory accurate and flowing smoothly. You will handle requisitions, receive and ship parts, maintain a clean work area, and provide friendly customer service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or automotive parts experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Process parts requisitions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Receive and verify incoming parts shipments against purchase orders.
• Prepare and ship outgoing parts orders.
• Stock and organize parts inventory while maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Assist Parts Department staff with locating and distributing parts.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Help maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
