AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service by helping customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs.

You will assist with product selection, maintain organized inventory, and provide expert advice to enhance the shopping experience. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety policies, and contributing to store sales metrics while representing AutoZone’s commitment to service and growth.

Formación

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and diagnostics
• Strong communication in English and Spanish required
• Customer service and sales skills for a retail environment
• Ability to learn and use AutoZone systems and processes
• ASE Certification preferred

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with product selection and provide expert advice
• Maintain well-stocked inventory and assist with checkout
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure store environment
• Help drive store sales and achieve performance metrics
• Collaborate with team and management to maintain a positive store atmosphere
