Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! customer service and assist customers with parts selection. You’ll help customers find the right products, share automotive knowledge, and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have automotive retail experience, strong communication in English and Spanish, and are flexible to work mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime. ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 to apply.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
• Must be able to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide trustworthy automotive advice.
• Assist with product selection and promote promotions to reach sales goals.
• Restock merchandise, keep area organized, and follow POS procedures.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
