Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, follow POS procedures, and support loss prevention.
• Follow structured processes, adhere to safety policies, and use PPE.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
