Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Minnesota to deliver WOW! Customer Service by helping customers find the right parts and solutions. You will engage with shoppers, share expert knowledge, and work with teammates to keep the store organized and running smoothly.

The role involves assisting with product selection, promoting promotions, and supporting inventory control. A flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, is often required, with opportunities for career growth

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge is preferred.
• Exceptional communication in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in automotive retail is a plus.
• ASE Certification is preferred or required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide clear, professional advice.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment.
• Promote products, services, and promotions to meet sales goals and store metrics.
• Restock merchandise and maintain organized inventory and POS procedures.
• Follow structured processes and safety policies; use PPE as required.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts and AutoZone systems to answer questions.
