Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with automotive parts or retail automotive sales is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide trustworthy automotive advice.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a motivated, productive store environment.
• Promote products and promotions to support sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise and maintain organized displays and proper POS procedures.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to keep the store safe for customers and team members.
• Maintain product knowledge to answer customer questions and read diagnostic cues.
