Job summary

AutoZone's Retail Sales Associate role focuses on delivering WOW! Customer Service by helping customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs, while contributing to strong store performance.

You will assist customers, build product knowledge, and work with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain store operations. This position offers growth opportunities within a nationwide retailer and is open to part-time and full-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, product-focused customer service.
• Clear, professional communication with customers in multiple languages a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and support store goals.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
• Must be able to lift and move merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with parts selection and provide automotive advice.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a productive store environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to achieve sales and store metrics.
• Restock merchandise and maintain organized shelving and POS procedures.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to keep the store secure.
• Stay up-to-date on automotive parts and promotions.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
