Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right parts and provide expert advice in a fast-paced store environment.

You will join a team focused on delivering WOW! customer service, driving sales, and maintaining organized store operations while upholding safety and quality standards. Previous automotive retail experience and ASE certification are a plus, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 or older to apply.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Automotive knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication in English; Spanish helpful.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide expert advice.
• Engage with customers to deliver WOW! customer service.
• Maintain organized inventory and follow store procedures.
• Contribute to achieving sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Utilize store systems and PPE to ensure safety and compliance.
• Provide product knowledge and diagnostic support when needed.
