AutoZone is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to engage customers, provide automotive advice, and promote products in a fast-paced store environment. You will work with the team to hit sales targets, manage inventory, and uphold safety and operational standards.

The role requires a flexible schedule, physical ability to lift merchandise, and prior automotive knowledge. ASE certification is a plus and bilingual English/Spanish skills are valued.

Qualificações

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in automotive retail is preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers and provide trustworthy automotive advice.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated store environment.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products and promotions to meet sales goals.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock, organize merchandise, and follow POS procedures.
