You will support the Store Manager, supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure smooth store operations with a focus on exceptional customer experiences. Ideal candidates have automotive retail experience, strong leadership, and bilingual communication in English and Spanish, along with ASE certification.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising and developing a high-performing retail team.
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are required.
• Automotive retail experience preferred; ASE certification is a plus.
