AutoZone is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service in our stores. You will help customers find the right parts, offer expert advice, and support sales through knowledgeable product recommendations and promotions.

Expect a team-driven environment with growth opportunities in a fast-paced automotive retail setting. Responsibilities include assisting customers, restocking, operating POS procedures, and following safety protocols with PPE.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 or older.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide automotive advice.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment.
• Recommend products, services and promotions to support sales goals and store metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to ensure a safe work environment.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions when needed.
