Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right automotive parts and solutions. You will contribute to a friendly, knowledgeable retail environment and support store operations while delivering WOW! service.

The role involves assisting customers, promoting products, managing inventory, and using diagnostics tools to support vehicle needs. Strong communication in English (and Spanish) is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Basic automotive knowledge preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication – engage with customers with trustworthy automotive advice.

• Diagnostics Support – read codes and suggest solutions to customers.
