Qualifications

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Physical Ability: Lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible Schedule: Availability mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Automotive knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication in Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Use structured processes and follow PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
