Job summary

AutoZone seeks a Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service by assisting customers, sharing expert automotive knowledge, and driving in-store sales. You will collaborate with the team, manage inventory, and apply proper POS procedures to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Flexibility in schedule, strong communication in English and Spanish, and a willingness to learn about parts and promotions are essential. ASE/ASE-related credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 16+ to apply.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift and move merchandise.
• Flexible schedule with mornings/nights/weekends/overtime.
• Automotive knowledge: basic parts familiarity preferred.
• Exceptional communication: strong writing and speaking in Spanish and English.
• Automotive retail experience is a plus.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
