Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Leadership & teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Sales & metrics – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive store performance.
• Inventory management & store operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Process orientation & safety – Follow structured processes and safety policies, use PPE to maintain a secure work area.
• Product knowledge & diagnostics – Stay updated on automotive parts and use diagnostic tools to read codes and propose solutions.
