Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service by helping customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. You will assist with product selection, stock, and store operations, contributing to sales goals and a positive shopping experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, automotive knowledge, and strong communication to support customers and AutoZone associates across the store.

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old.
Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management.
Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently and follow safety policies.
