Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years or older.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Automotive knowledge: basic familiarity with automotive parts is preferred.
• Exceptional communication: strong people skills and clear bilingual English/Spanish communication.
• Automotive retail: prior experience in automotive retail is a plus.
• Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide trustworthy automotive advice.
• Engage customers to deliver WOW! service and exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with management and teammates to maintain a productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to help meet sales goals.
• Restock merchandise and maintain organized store operations.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to keep a secure work environment.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts and promotions in AutoZone systems.
• Support diagnostics by using tools to read codes and suggest solutions when appropriate.
