AutoZone is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service by helping customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. You’ll assist with product selection, offer expert advice, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication in English and Spanish, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Flexibility for mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime is expected as part of the schedule.

Formación

• Minimum age 16 years old to apply.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Exceptional communication with strong people skills in Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail is preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with product selection and provide expert advice in automotive parts.
• Engage with customers and communicate clearly to ensure positive interactions.
• Support store operations and contribute to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise and maintain organized, secure inventory.
• Follow proper POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
