Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Flexibility in schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Basic automotive knowledge is preferred and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide clear, professional communication.
• Collaborate with store team to maintain a motivated, productive environment.
• Contribute to sales goals and store performance metrics through upselling and service-led interactions.
• Restock merchandise and maintain organized inventory; follow POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Maintain product knowledge and use diagnostic tools to suggest solutions.
• Provide diagnostics support by reading codes and recommending services or parts.
