Job summary

Fenix Parts, Inc. is seeking a QC Technician to join our Haltom City facility. This full-time role supports quality control of automotive parts, ensuring accuracy, appearance, and proper packaging before shipping.

You will inspect stock, record discrepancies, perform refurbishment to standards, and prepare documents such as packing lists and invoices. A high school diploma and 1–3 years’ related experience are required; forklift certification is a plus. Monday–Friday, no weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training with heavy equipment to move vehicles or fragile objects.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
• Excellent vision and color perception for quality control.

Responsibilities

• Examine stock and brokered parts for wear and defects and compare with records to verify accuracy.
• Record discrepancies in part descriptions and coordinate with internal resources to fix.
• Inspect appearance to ensure it meets company standards.
• Refurbish parts to meet appearance standards.
• Pack, seal, label, and prepare materials for shipping.
• Prepare documents such as work orders, packing lists or invoices.
• Coordinate with carriers to arrange shipping or delivery instructions.
• Deliver or route materials to staging areas using appropriate equipment.
• Maintain QC area housekeeping.
