Job summary

Pick Your Part is seeking a hands-on Retail Parts Puller to support customers by locating and retrieving automotive parts, coordinating with the Sales team, and ensuring accurate, timely service. You will operate in our yard/warehouse, emphasizing safety and efficiency while meeting customer needs for in-store pickups or deliveries.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and prior automotive or salvage yard experience, with basic computer skills (Outlook/Word/Excel).

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous automotive/salvage yard experience preferred.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds; possibly 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales team with customer part requests and order updates.
• Locate and retrieve automotive parts accurately for retail customers.
• Prepare parts for delivery or pickup and ensure proper labeling.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and comply with PPE policies.
