Job summary

A leading automotive retailer in Covington, Georgia is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert customer service and sales support. Candidates must have strong automotive system knowledge and prior experience in parts sales. This full-time position requires effective communication skills and the ability to assist DIY customers with their automotive needs. An ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Must be able to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.

Skills

Working knowledge of automotive systems

Spanish language skills

Communication skills

Basic math skills

Strong organizational skills

Expert in testing and diagnostic equipment

Education

Valid driver’s license

ASE certification preferred
