Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions, identify parts, troubleshoot and assist with projects. The role requires strong knowledge of store systems, inventory, and customer service, and is a full-time position.

The candidate will handle DIY services, stock parts, operate POS and parts lookup systems, and drive sales while maintaining store standards and safety. Weekend availability is expected to support peak shopping periods.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with experience fulfilling customer transactions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties.
