The role emphasizes expert parts knowledge, troubleshooting, and high-quality service as part of a full-time team. The successful candidate will assist customers with parts identification, offer advanced product recommendations, and maintain inventory accuracy while operating POS and parts lookup systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers via in-store and phone interactions.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
