A leading automotive parts retailer in Ames, Iowa is seeking a Retail Parts Pro. This full-time position focuses on providing excellent customer service and requires expert knowledge of automotive systems. Candidates should have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and strong sales abilities to achieve store goals. Responsibilities include assisting customers, managing DIY services, and ensuring store appearance. ASE Certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• ASE Certification Preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put-away, shoot-outs.
