Job summary

This is a full-time role requiring 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, English communication, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASE Certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals, parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services like battery installs and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Assist in inventory processes and store cleanliness.
• Operate POS and parts lookup systems; source from multiple channels.
