Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge and professional sales skills. The role emphasizes sourcing from multiple channels, identifying parts, and providing top-tier customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

The position requires 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, ASE-related knowledge, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts and back stock.
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, parking lot.
