Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in the United States. This full-time role requires automotive parts knowledge, strong customer service, and the ability to perform DIY services such as battery installation and wiper changes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience
• Proven sales ability and customer service
• Familiarity with inventory and store systems

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
