Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer in Fremont, NE is looking for a full-time Retail Parts Pro. This role requires strong customer service skills, advanced knowledge of automotive systems, and the ability to assist DIY customers. The ideal candidate will manage sales goals and ensure store appearance standards. ASE certification preferred, but not required. Various shifts including evenings and weekends are necessary.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Use basic math accurately in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
