Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY customer needs with expert knowledge of store systems, parts, and automotive diagnostics. This full-time role involves high-level customer service, parts lookup, and specialized service tasks in a retail setting.

The position requires 3–5 years in automotive parts, strong sales ability, and ASE P2 readiness. A valid driver’s license is preferred. Weekend availability may be required to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with focus on DIY fulfillment.
• ASE P2 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs, and write simple correspondence.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment, safety, open/close duties).
