CARQUEST Belfast is seeking an experienced Store Manager/Parts Manager focused on accurate parts knowledge and strong customer service. You will oversee the parts department, promote parts and accessories, handle orders, inventory, and paperwork, and collaborate with service teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a proactive, energetic professional with a solid understanding of automotive parts and a commitment to ongoing learning.

• Parts management experience is a MUST.
• Team oriented and customer-focused.
• Data entry skills and computer proficiency.

• Valid driver’s license and clear driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Promote the sales of appropriate parts and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product.
• Take customer orders and fulfill each customer’s individual needs.
• Maintain parts inventory for new and replaced parts.
• Handle the ordering, receiving, and stocking inventory.
• Process paperwork for parts and invoices.
• Maintain job knowledge with continuing education and research.
• Work closely with the service, collision, and wholesale department.
• Day-to-day dealership parts department responsibilities.
• Build and maintain Vendor Relationships.
