Krause Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to lead the Roanoke Rapids Parts Department. You will drive operations, mentor a team, and partner with Service, Sales, and Vendors to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate balances people leadership, process improvement, and data-driven decision making to optimize inventory and service levels in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Parts Manager or Parts Department Leadership experience required
• Strong understanding of parts operations, inventory, and profitability
• Ability to develop and mentor a team

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Parts Department operations
• Manage parts ordering, inventory control, shipping, receiving and distribution
• Oversee retail and wholesale parts sales
• Establish efficient department processes and procedures
• Develop strategies to maximize gross profit and department efficiency
• Lead, train, and mentor Parts Department staff
• Collaborate with Service, Sales, and Vendors to improve service levels
