Job summary

Woodlandsmed in Morristown, TN is seeking full-time Machine Operators to join a premier automotive components team. You will oversee machinery, inspect parts, and perform light maintenance in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires basic English, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Overtime and all shift availability are expected, with a starting pay of $19.63/hour plus a $1/hour off-shift premium. Benefit options and on-site facilities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of machine or equipment operation experience.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long shifts.
• Must understand English (verbal and written).
• Willingness to work overtime or any shift.
• Commitment to safety and following policies.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee machine operations to minimize errors and identify defective parts.
• Measure and inspect completed parts to ensure machine quality.
• Perform minor machine maintenance such as oiling and cleaning equipment.
