Qualifications

• Advanced computer skills: typing, scanning, etc.
• Able to multitask in a high pace environment.

Responsibilities

• Updating of various department asset spreadsheets and keeping asset folders up to date.
• Daily communication with the Maintenance Manager on various tasks assigned and needs.
• Written and oral communication with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Daily ordering of parts and supplies as needed for shops.
• Continuance pricing/vendor shopping for better service and supplies on maintenance parts.
• Responsible for monthly inventory parts numbers.
• Keeping up to date with registration for all vehicles and other vehicle document requirements.
• Managing trucks and trailers at repair shops and relay ETA to the correct management.
• Responsible for cost tracking and analysis on maintenance expenses in each market.
• Reviewing credit card statements and bill approvals for the maintenance department.
• Other duties and projects as assigned by supervisors.
